The event takes place Saturday and Sunday, October 14 and 15, 2017, at the Kiwanis Youth Conservation Area (22300 15 Mile Road, Bellevue) overlooking Baker Sanctuary and Big Marsh Lake. There is a nominal parking fee for the event per vehicle and all activities are free. Events and artist exhibits will be open from Noon until sunset (about 7:00 pm) both days. Come and enjoy activities throughout the day, culminating with the fly-in of Sandhill Cranes. The Sandhill Cranes arrive slowly throughout the afternoon with the best viewing of large numbers of cranes between 5:00 pm and sunset.
