Mike Van Houzen has been sculpting songbirds and other wildfowl since 1969, and has won numerous awards for his artistic abilities. His sculptures are represented in private and public collections around the world.

The songbirds are carved of basswood and are set in an environment made of various materials.

Also available are lapel pins depicting many species of birds. They are cast of a polymer and are quite accurate and durable. They can be ordered by phone or mail.
